We love the old highbacks and appreciate the workmanship that was put into them. Many of them seem to fit a horse better than the so-called modern saddles. All of our saddles and tack are sold on an as-is basis, most have not been cleaned up. We don't dismantle them as we feel this can damage their originality. Many of the extremely old saddles are fragile. We take great pains to describe our merchandise as accurately as possible.
